Breakfast Club
All children are welcome to attend our free Breakfast Club between 8.00am and 8.50am every day.
The children start their day with a selection of cereals, toast with spread, and fruit juice or milk to drink, in a calm atmosphere.
This service is free to all children. If you would like to register your child, please ask Mrs Appleton in the school office.
After School Club

Welcome to Trellech Kids Club. We provide after school care for children attending Trellech Primary School in a caring, play environment. Our children range from between the ages of 4 – 11 and we look after them from 3.35pm till 5.30pm, daily, Monday to Friday, term time, in our own colourful and homely After School Club room within the school.
We are able to provide places for 16 children per night, the cost of each session still remaining at £5. The club is a registered member of Clybiau, the Kid’s Club Network.
The children enjoy a relaxed and happy atmosphere at After School Club, where they are able to unwind and play with friends after a busy and tiring school day. We provide a variety of snacks and drinks (including fruit, milk etc) to recharge their batteries!
Although we plan a variety of inclusive, structured activities, children are encouraged to choose what they would like to do, whether it’s social, creative, physical or intellectual play. After all, it is their free time! They can play inside with access to games, painting, other crafts, dressing up, face painting, cooking, reading, TV etc, or outside where they can enjoy access to all the play equipment, climbing walls and frames, willow dome and open space.
Margaret and I have worked here since the Club was set up by a committee comprising of teachers and governors. We are fully qualified playworkers/leaders with lots of experience. We have enjoyed seeing the Club grow and become successful with support from parents and committee members and inspiration from the children. It is a real achievement seeing the difference from when the Club started to how it is today.
We may be looking forward to a new committee soon, with more fundraising to provide new facilities and resources required as a result of the success of Kid’s Club! We’re pleased the children are happy and at home and delighted they want to come back to play.

To register or for more information contact Mrs Appleton in the school office.
